ECAC Women's West Players of the Week - November 07, 2011
Player of the Week
Melissa Seamont -- Oswego State University
Forward, Sophomore, North Bay, Ontario/Sudbury Wolves
AA
Melissa Seamont had a balanced week for the Oswego State Lakers,
who went 1-0-1 against ECAC West foe SUNY Cortland. Seamont scored
the game-winning goal with her team on the power play and added an
assist in a 2-1 victory to close the series against the Red
Dragons. She also logged more ice time than any Oswego skater,
playing a large role on the penalty-kill unit that fended off 16 of
18 Cortland power-play opportunities.
